Trump Media describes Truth API as a licensed, real-time, machine-readable feed for financial-services customers. Not An Insider has no access to it. We use delayed public financial filings and plan to sell a one-time piece of internet-club ceremony, not speed.
What Truth API says it is
In its 16 July announcement, Trump Media said Truth API would provide licensed, real-time access to posts from selected high-ranking Truth Social accounts and expected institutional availability from 1 August 2026. The company said low-latency, machine-readable delivery may matter to high-frequency and algorithmic trading firms.
What has been reported about price and access
The Associated Press reported on 1 August that the service had begun and described a fee of approximately $100,000 per month. That figure is reporting, not a public Not An Insider price check or a claim that every customer pays the same amount. Reporting has also raised questions about market fairness and conflicts; the company says the feed delivers publicly available data faster. No court or regulator is described here as having determined that the service is insider trading.
