Refund policy
The €1 or $1 payment buys one immediate digital club admission. Final statutory withdrawal, refund, and merchant-contact wording depends on the operator and launch jurisdiction and must be approved before live Checkout opens.
What is delivered
After Stripe confirms payment, the service issues a numbered membership, private count reveal, clubhouse welcome, and public-safe card. The public portfolio and methodology do not require payment.
Before requesting a refund
If Checkout appears incomplete, use the existing-member recovery path before paying again. A failed or cancelled Checkout does not create a member. A refunded membership may lose private access; its sequential number is not reassigned.
Contact and legal rights
This draft does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited. The final policy must state the operator, address, governing jurisdiction, delivery acknowledgement, response time, and any withdrawal exception approved by qualified counsel.
