Privacy
Not An Insider separates necessary membership records from optional analytics and optional portfolio-alert consent. This draft must receive legal review and operator details before production launch.
What the service needs
Stripe processes Checkout and returns payment status. Neon stores the membership record, payment identifiers, paid amount and currency, member number, access-credential hash, and service-email state. The public member card does not contain an email address or private financial information.
Optional portfolio alerts
Payment does not subscribe a member to updates. A separate choice after the reveal records acceptance or decline, timestamp, and source in Neon. Accepted contacts are synchronised to the configured Brevo list. An unsubscribe link reverses optional consent.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics load only after consent. They receive configured behavioural categories, not emails, member numbers, payment identifiers, form contents, search text, or access tokens. Settings in the footer allow withdrawal.
Public filing data
SEC filings, security identifiers, and market closing prices describe public securities and managers, not club members. Scheduled server jobs may contact the SEC, OpenFIGI, and Yahoo Finance using configured service identities.
Your choices
Applicable access, correction, deletion, objection, and portability rights depend on the operator and jurisdiction. A production contact address and retention schedule must be inserted before launch.
